Regarding Orders and Shipping with CoreStaff

Are there shipping restrictions?

 No, in most cases we are able to ship any item to any country. We will notify you immediately if any restrictions arise.

 

I don’t know how to place an order.

 You can place an order through our website. Add your desired items into your cart and proceed with the checkout.

 You may also order by contacting our sales representatives via email or by phone (408-573-6400).

 Monday – Friday (9am-6pm PST).

 We will be more than happy to help you through and answer any questions you may have.

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?

 In general, it is not possible to cancel orders, but there are some cases in which we may be able to cancel your order if the order has not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse.

Regarding Delivery

Is it possible to select a delivery company?

 Yes, customer may choose their preferred shipping carrier and method.

 

Can I designate a later delivery date?

 Yes, we can secure the parts and hold off on shipping to accommodate with your designated delivery date.

 However, payment is due to secure the item for later shipment.

 

When will my shipment arrive?

 The arrival of your shipment will depend on the carrier and shipping method.

Will I have to pay a tariff when I receive the goods?

 A tariff or Duty & Tax fees may be applied depending upon the destination country. Please check with the customs for further details.

 

Regarding Payment

Is there a bank charge when wiring a payment?

 Most likely, but this will depend on your bank.

 

Can I pay using a credit card?

 Yes, we accept all major credit cards without charging a fee.

 

Can I use PayPal?

 Yes, but there is a fee of 3% + $0.30.

 

How can I set up a Net Term?

 Your company would have to meet our criteria to qualify for our Net Term payment plan.

Regarding My Account on CoreStaff

Why do I need to have an account with CoreStaff to buy online?”

 This allows you to view your order history and edit your delivery or password information.

 By possessing an account at CoreStaff, you can also gain reward points when you buy.

 You can redeem these points for prizes and gifts.

 

After placing an order, I noticed that my delivery address information was out-of-date. Can I change it?

 No. Changing your delivery address after placing an order will have no effect on the order. If the delivery address or mail address changes after an order has been placed, please contact one of our sales reps as soon as possible.

 

I forgot my password and I’m unable to log in.

 Please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

Can I change my email address?

 Let us know and we will update your information accordingly.

 

How can I confirm my accumulated points?

 Your account contains a point history page on which you can confirm your currently accumulated points.

 However, points can only be used when the settlement is made in Japanese yen.
